The Start of Your Journey

You have the ring… but now what? Your Personal Bridal Planner will help start your wedding planning the right way, with one (1) in-person bridal planning session, including:  month-to-month timeline, wedding etiquette assistance, Q&A with your Personal Bridal Planner, emailed document of discussed items and suggestions, plus great tips, budget ideas, and a preferred vendor list to assist every upcoming wedding decision. Can easily upgrade to a larger package if at a later date, if interested and based upon availability.

Final Details

Now you can enjoy the last 3 months before your wedding by passing the responsibilities (and the stress!) over to your Personal Bridal Planner! This package includes Wedding Day-of Coordination *PLUS* Package plus final 3 months of details finalizations, including but not limited to: vendor calls and appointment schedulings, on-site presence at final vendor appointments & dress fitting, four (4) face-to-face planning sessions (not including final dress fitting or final appointments), unlimited email and phone calls.
 

Full-Service Planning for Short Engagements

Couples who walk down the aisle less than a year from engagement run into unique situations not encountered in longer engagements. Your Personal Bridal Planner will become the main point-of-contact for all booked vendors, first-assisting in initial vendor contact, negotiations and appointment schedulings. Will work with vendors to obtain last minute pricing/package add-on’s, secure all details for wedding day, manage all vendor confirmations and payments, schedule all appointments with vendors and venues, assist in the planning and coordination of your event, plus all items in the Final Details and Wedding Day-of Coordination *PLUS* packages.

  Full Service, All-Inclusive Wedding Planning/Coordinaton

From “I Will” to “I Do,” and everything in between.  This luxury, all-inclusive wedding planning package takes the weight of the wedding completely off your shoulders. No stress. No worries. Just excitement for your big day! Included in this full-service package is:

 

  • Monthly in-person bridal planning sessions, by appointment only; unlimited phone calls and emails.

  • Wedding budget creation and maintenance; assistance with vendor negotiation.

  • Booking of vendor appointments; attend appointments upon couple’s request.

  • Vendor payment timeline creation and management, including emailed reminders of upcoming due dates.

  • Assist with creation/selection of print items, as well as verbage to coencide with wedding theme and common etiquette;

  • Assistance with bride, groom and bridal party attire and accessory selection;

  • Coordinate block of hotel rooms and hotel events (after-party, Post-wedding brunch);

  • Attendance of Personal Bridal Planner at wedding rehearsal;

  • Prepare itineraries, master lists and timelines, to be provided to vendors;

  • RSVP tracking and management. Seating chart assistance;

  • Honeymoon arrangements, bookings;

  • Any other items as agreed upon by Personal Bridal Planner and couple.

WEDDING DAY-OF COORDINATION *PLUS*

     Start to Finish Day-of Coordination (from Bridal Prep to Packing up), on-site presence and full use of emergency bag.

 

Day-of Coordination package includes: unlimited phone calls and emails (once contract is signed), one (1) initial in-person planning session (1-3 hours), one (1) meeting in the middle of your planning journey, and one (1) final in-person planning session. Given the timing of when your contract with A Perfect Day WPC is signed, less or more sessions may be required. In-Person to be replaced with phone conference or Skype, where necessary.

 

Personal Bridal Planner will have all wedding details including vendor contract and contact information, plus your specific outlined needs/wants for your perfect day. Document of wedding details to be emailed to you after in-person appointments. Detailed wedding day timeline to be completed after final appointment and emailed prior to your big day.

  • Oversee all vendors, staff and professionals. Coordinate all aspects of your wedding day to ensure your instructions and visions are clearly presented;

  • During wedding day preparation – assist couple, family and bridal party with dressing items (pinning on boutonnieres, fixing wardrobe malfunctions/size adjustments, help bride step into and button/tie/zip gown), prepare for photo opportunities, collect money from bridal party for hair/makeup artists to provide one envelope of all combined payments, and much more!

  • 1st assist all vendors (photo, video, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient services;

  • Coordinate wedding party setup for ceremony processional and reception introductions (make sure bridal party is in order, all dresses are straight, bridal train is open and straight, timing is perfect);

  • Receive deliveries, greet vendors. Distribute final payments/gratuities;

  • Set up décor items at ceremony and reception as instructed by bride and groom (i.e. programs, favors, etc.). Ensure correct vendor setup on-location;

  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of ceremony and reception site including outside and inside of venues, restrooms, bar area and dance floor;

  • Manage timing & execution of reception events (introductions, cake cutting, family dances, etc.). Will act as liaison between married couple, family and vendors;

  • Assist with packing personal items after wedding;

  • Ensure all transportation is on-time and has proper directions/parking instructions;

  • Handling any mishaps that may occur, to remove stress and worry from bride and groom (spills, wardrobe issues, etc);

  • Attend to specific requests of bride and groom, families and guests, as needed.

A LA CARTE WEDDING SERVICES

Any service listed can be added on to a Personal Bridal Planning package for an extra fee. If there is something you would like your Personal Bridal Planner to handle which is not listed, please ask! We aim to please!

 

  • Party Planning (Engagement, Showers, Rehearsal, Bachelor/Bachelorette, etc.)

  • Party Day-of Coordination

  • Accommodation bookings for out-of-town guests

  • Destination Weddings

  • Ceremony preparation and writing (vows, programs, etc.)

  • Wedding Party gift research, purchase, planning

  • Timeline, Itinerary, Calendar and/or Checklist creation and maintenance (that which is not included in your package)

  • Basket Creation – Bathroom Hospitality, Program/Favor/Bubble holders, etc. (Includes basket, décor items, items for basket and poem displayed in picture frame, where applicable)

  • Decorating, creating or wrapping of other items (water bottles, bridal party gifts, hotel welcome bags, item for rehearsal dinners, favors, etc)

  • Invitation Mailing, RSVP Management.

  • Attend Individual Vendor Meetings/Consultations.
